The 728' M/V  Joseph L. Block, owned by Central Marine Logistics (formerly Inland Steel Co.), is "inbound Duluth," preparing to tie up at Hallet Dock #5 in Duluth, MN and unload it's cargo of Michigan limestone. As 2 of the Block's crew have already been lowered by a boom chair from a forward boom, a 3rd crewmember is now 'riding the chair' down toward the dock and will soon help to secure the vessel.
