Early Swimand Early Departure
(16x12 in. framed original set) - $700.00

With the early spring sun up for only a short time, a group of Canada geese swim by the General Mills Grain Terminal in Superior, WI. All remnants of ice have finally left St. Louis Bay on this May 13, 2003 morning and the geese have only been back a short time from their southern, winter residences. It is 6:10 a.m. as the 1013' long M/V Paul R. Tregurtha departs from the loading dock of the Superior Midwest Energy Terminal in Superior with 64,878 tons of low sulfur western coal destined for Detroit, MI. As the sun rises higher in the sky, all objects catching it's rays are first bathed in a rosy hue, then gold.
